Preparing Your Honey Glazed Ham
and Honey Glazed Turkey Breast

All spiral sliced hams and spiral sliced turkey breasts are fully baked before they arrive on your doorstep. Now Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or special event dinner will take no time at all and surely impress your guests! And every honey-glazed ham or honey-glazed turkey breast is baked with the minimum amount of honey-glaze for people who prefer a less sweet taste.
All meats are nitrogen flushed to remove most oxygen during the Cry-O-Vac covering process and will keep in your refrigerator for up to 6-7 weeks after delivery. You can also freeze your spiral sliced hams and spiral sliced turkey breasts indefinitely as long as the plastic wrap isn’t broken.Once you remove the plastic covering, your honey-glazed hams and honey-glazed turkey breasts will keep in the refrigerator for up to 6 or 7 days. If re-frozen for future use, be sure all meats are wrapped twice in plastic bags to block any moisture and keep freezer drying to an absolute minimum.If you’re ready to prepare your honey-glazed ham or honey-glazed turkey breast, it’s as easy as 1-2-3!
- Remove meat from shipping container but do NOT remove Cry-O-Vac plastic covering.If the spiral sliced ham or spiral sliced turkey breast is still frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 2 days.Pre-heat oven to 350° F.Remove Cry-O-Vac covering just before warming, glazing, and serving. Place spiral sliced ham or spiral sliced turkey breast on cookie sheet flat side down and bake for 10-15 minutes. (Do NOT cook longer than 15 minutes or your ham or turkey will dry out.)While the meat is cooking, make and warm your honey-glaze. Combine 1 Tbs. honey, 1 Tbs. water, and contents of honey-glaze packet and microwave for 45 seconds.
- Remove the spiral sliced ham or spiral sliced turkei breast from the oven, glaze, and serve!
